Attorney Zachary Gottesman of Cincinnati; ethical dwarf

The state of state of Ohio presented Zachary Gottesman with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from the University of Dayton Law School. Zack also received a license from the state of Kentucky in 1996.

The Cincinnati Bar Association found Zack guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Notarized signature when signing party not in his presence

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court the punished Zack by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (December 2015), Zack practices with Gottesman & Associates at 36 East Seventh Street in Cincinnati, Ohio.
