Attorney Vedo Candiello of Toledo; ethical gremlin

The state of Ohio presented Vedo Robert Candiello with a law license in 1973 after he graduated from the University of Toledo Law School.

The Toledo Bar Association found Vedo guilty of the following misconduct.

• Removed by court as executor in probate matter
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Entered into improper business transaction with client
• Failed to maintain complete records of client funds
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Vedo by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. October 2015), Vedo practices at 4859 West Sylvania Avenue in Toledo, Ohio.
