Attorney Richard Eisenberg of Mayfield Heights, OH; ethical gremlin

The state of Ohio presented Richard David Eisenberg with a law license in 1963 after he graduated from Case Western University Law School in Cleveland.

Disciplinary Counsel of the Ohio Supreme Court found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

• Instructed secretary to trace signatures of beneficiaries of a will on estate inventory and various vouchers
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice law
• Submitted sham signatures on estate inventory to probate court
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2015), Dick practices at 1413 Golden Gate Blvd in Mayfield Heights, Ohio, which is a suburb of Cleveland.
