Attorney Bradley Reisenfeld of Cincinnati; ethical elf

The state of Ohio presented Bradley Aaron Reisenfeld with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from Capitol University Law School in Columbus, Ohio.

The Cincinnati Bar Association found Brad guilty of the following misconduct.

• On at least six occasions Brad had client’s sign blank affidavits
• Notarized sham signatures of client affidavits that he then filed with the domestic relations court
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Brad by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2015) Brad practices with Reisenfeld and Associates at 3962 Red Bank Road in Cincinnati, Ohio.
