Attorney Holly Bednarski of Akron; ethical misfit

The state of Ohio presented Holly Lynn Bednarski with a law license in 2004 after she graduated from the University of Akron Law School.

The Akron Bar Association found Holly guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Holly failed to cooperate with ethics investigators regarding a complaint that was filed against him. In truth, Holly told the investigators (Up yours!)

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Holly by gifting her with a complimentary interim suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. June 2015) Holly practices at 487 Stanton Avenue in Akron, Ohio.
