Attorney Blake Hankey of Grand Forks, ND; ethical gremlin

The state of Minnesota presented Blake Dylan Hankey with a law license in 2005 after he graduated from the University of Minnesota of Law School.

The Disciplinary Board found Blake guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Blake found it acceptable to represent a defendant who was accused of aggravated assault and terrorizing while at the same time he represented the person who was allegedly the victim of the assault.

When Blake was confronted by the Grand Forks County prosecutor about this egregious conflict of interest, Blake intentionally lied to her.

Apparently, Blake the Loser lacks the legal acumen to understand and/or appreciate what the term” conflict of interest” means.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the North Dakota Supreme Court punished Blake by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. .

As we speak (June 2014), Blake practices at 405 Bruce Avenue in Grand Fords, North Dakota.
