Attorney Bruce Madlom of Fargo, ND; cheating loser

The state of North Dakota presented Bruce L. Madlom with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from the University of North Dakota School of Law.

The Disciplinary Board found Bruce guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Never filed bankruptcy petition on client’s behalf despite being paid $750 in advance fees to so act
  • Failed to decline/terminate representation when required to so act
  • Failed to communicate with his client
  • Charged and/or attempted to collect an unreasonable fee
  • Failed to refund unearned fees (cheater)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the North Dakota Supreme Court punished Bruce by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

And lastlyas one would suspect, Bruce fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.bankruptcylawfargo.com. Apparently, he chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective client for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. March 2024), Bruce practices his so-called brand of law with the Madlom Law Office at 1330 Gateway Drive South in Fargo, North Dakota.
