Attorney Bonnie Askew of Fargo, ND; slacker, loser

The state of Minnesota presented Bonnie J. Askew with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from William Mitchell College School of Law.

The Office of Lawyer Regulation found Bonnie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Bonnie by gifting her with a complimentary 2-month suspension of her law license and assessed $900.00 in costs.
