Attorney Mo Idlibby of Charlotte, NC; lying loser

The state of North Carolina presented Mo Idlibby with a law license in 2009.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Mo guilty of the following misconduct.

• Made false and reckless allegations against Immigration judge
• Falsely accused judge of making racists comments
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

As one would suspect this wasn’t Mo’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the North Carolina State Bar punished Mo by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. February 2017) Mo practices with the United Firm of Carolina Law at 5500 Executive Center Drive in Charlotte, North Carolina.
