Attorney Sheila Hathaway of Raleigh; thieving loser

The state of California provided Victor Rene Cannon with a law license in 2004 after she graduated from the John F. Kennedy Law School in Pleasant Hill, California.

John F. Kennedy Law School is a third or fourth tier school that takes in losers that could not get accepted at mainstream schools such as UCLA, USC, UC Davis, Pepperdine or Stanford.

The California State Bar Court found Sheila guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Sheila was arrested for failing to pay a cab driver and a bill for a meal at a restaurant in San Jose, as well as a bill for a two day stay at a hotel in Los Gatos.

The criminal charges related to the restaurant and cab bills were later dismissed, but that was not the case with the hotel bill in Los Gatos.

As a consequence of her misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the California State Bar Court punished Sheila by gifting her with a complimentary 90-day suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. October 2014), Sheila practices at 8311 Brier Creek Parkway in Raleigh, North Carolina.
