Attorney Robert Gallant of Charlotte, NC; serial tax cheat

The state of North Carolina presented Robert Michael Gallant with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from North Carolina Central University School of Law.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to timely filed federal/state income taxes from 2007 thru 2013

As a direct consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. April 2019), Bobby practices at 4917 Albemarle Road in Charlotte, North Carolina.
