The state of North Carolina presented Andrew Craig Jackson Jr. with a law license in 2010.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Andy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to reconcile client trust accounts
• Failed to identify client on all deposits and wire transfers
• Failed to properly supervise office staff
• Improperly advanced funds belonging to one client to another client
• Failed to maintain minimum records for trust accounts
• Negligence led to assistant misappropriating (stealing) client funds

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the North Carolina State Bar punished Andy by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 3-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the State Bar Disciplinary Board didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Andy.
