Attorney Jason Kimble of Lillington, NC; ethical elf

The state of North Carolina provided Jason Phillip Kimble with a law license in 2004.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar has charged Jason with engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to adequately communicate with client
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Jason!)

As a consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Jason by gifting him with a complimentary censure. 

As we speak (ca. July 2016) Jason practices at 1001 Keith Hills Road in Lillington, North Carolina.
