Attorney Randolph Hill of Raleigh, NC; thieving loser

The state of North Carolina provided Randolph Hill with a law license in 1987.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Randy guilty of the following misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Randy by gifting him with a third complimentary reprimand.

• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to refund $3,500 fee when requested by client
• Collected an excessive fee (thief)
• Refused to participate in fee dispute process as required by rules

As a consequence of his misconduct the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Randy by gifting him with a third complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. July 2016) Randy practices at 333 Fayetteville Street in Raleigh, North Carolina.
