Attorney Keith Booker of China Grove, NC; ethical dwarf

The state of North Carolina provided Keith C. Booker with a law license in 1996 after he graduated from Wake Forest University Law School.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Keith guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to advise clients he had disconnected office phone
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Keith!)
• Failed to tell client he couldn’t handle traffic matter w/o client’s driver’s license
• Failed to timely pay court costs leading to suspension of client’s license

As a consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Keith by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2016) Keith practices at 1760 Main Street in China Grove, North Carolina.
