Attorney Hiram Bell Jr. of Charlotte; ethical Ogre

The state of North Carolina provided Timothy Matthew Mullinax with a law license in 2003 after he graduated from Samford University Law School.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Hiram guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to properly supervise office staff
• Failed to properly supervise recordkeeping of firm’s trust account
• Failed to conduct quarterly/monthly reconciliations of trust account
• Lack of supervision allowed employee to steal cash from firm

As a consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Hiram by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2016) Hiram practices at 301 south McDowell Street in Charlotte, North Carolina.
