Attorney Joel Bowden of Greensboro, NC; ethical misfit  

The state of North Carolina presented Joel Grim Bowden with a law license in 1975 after he graduated from North Carolina Central University Law School.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Joel guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to properly supervise office staff
• Failed to assure that office assistant’s conduct complied with professional rules of conduct

As a consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Joel by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. April 2015) Joel practices with the Law Offices of Joel G. Bowden at 107 North Murrow Blvd in Greensboro, North Carolina.
