Attorney William Jebb II of Eggertsville, NY; thieving loser
The state of New York presented William Thomas Jebb II with a law license in 1986 after he graduated from Boston College Law School.
The Disciplinary Board found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.
- Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice
- Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
- Charged an illegal or excessive fee (crook)
- Commingled client funds with personal funds
- Misappropriated client funds (thief)
- Failed to promptly deliver funds which client or third person was lawfully entitled to receive
- Failed to maintain required bank account records
- Failed to make accurate, contemporaneous entries of financial transactions
As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.
As we speak (ca. December 2014), Billy practices at 131 North Drive in Eggertsville, New York.
