The state of Louisiana presented John Francis Martin with a law license in 1999.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (Moron)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Neglected legal matter entrusted to him
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Johnny.
