Attorney Chico Gibbons of New York City; thieving loser

The state of New York presented Chico F. Gibbons with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from the Brooklyn  School of Law.

The Appellate Division Grievance Committee found Chico guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Intentionally converted and misappropriated (stole) client funds (thief)
• Failed to inform his client that he had received the funds he eventually stole
• Failed to promptly return the stolen funds to the client, as requested
• Failed to keep appropriate bookkeeping records for his escrow account

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee punished Chico by gifting him with a complimentary disbarment with the ability to be reinstated at a later date, which unfortunately happened in 2010.  

As we speak (ca. December 2023), Chico practices his so-called brand of law with the Law Office of Chico F. Gibbons PC at 229 West 111^th Street in New York, New York.
