Attorney Michael Faillace of New York City; thieving loser

The Law State of New York provided Michael Faillace with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from the Harvard University School of Law.

The Appellate Division Disciplinary Panel found Mikey guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Underpaid clients’ monies to which they were entitled in violation of court orders
  • Made misrepresentations in connection with the investigation into underpayment of client monies
  • Refused to honor clients’ decisions to settle claims
  • Failed to abide by a client’s decision whether to settle a matter
  • Charged or collected an excessive or illegal fee (thief)
  • Misappropriated (stole) funds or property that belong to another
  • Failed to promptly notify and pay or deliver to a client or third person any funds
  • Knowingly making false statement of fact or law to a tribunal or failure to correct a false statement
  • Engaged in illegal conduct adversely reflecting on his honesty, trustworthiness or fitness as a lawyer
  • Knowingly violate or attempt to violate a disciplinary rule, or assist another to do so
  • Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Appellate Division Disciplinary Panel punished Mikey by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. August 2023), Mikey practices his so-called brand of law with Michael Faillace & Associates PC at 60 East 42nd Street in New York, New York.
