Failed to promptly notify and pay or deliver to a client or third person any funds

Knowingly making false statement of fact or law to a tribunal or failure to correct a false statement

Engaged in illegal conduct adversely reflecting on his honesty, trustworthiness or fitness as a lawyer

Knowingly violate or attempt to violate a disciplinary rule, or assist another to do so

Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation

Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
