Attorney Aaron Frishberg of New York City; imbecilic slacker

The state of New York presented Aaron David Frishberg with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from the New York University (NYU) School of Law.

The Judicial Department Committee on Professional Standards found Aaron guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to provide competent representation (imbecile)
• Neglected legal matter entrusted to him
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice law
• Failed to comply with three deadlines for perfecting client appeal

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Professional Standards Committee punished Aaron by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.  

As we speak (ca. November 2019), Aaron practices with Aaron David Frishberg Esq. at 282 Cabrini Blvd in New York, New York.
