Attorney Timothy Garille of Hempstead, NY; convict

The state of New York presented Timothy Dominick Garille with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from Pace University School of Law.

The Judicial Department Committee on Professional Standards found Timmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Convicted of attempted assault

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Professional Standards Committee punished Timmy by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. April 2019), Timmy practices at 250 Fulton Avenue in Hempstead, New York.
