Attorney Keith McHugh of Jericho, NY; bullying loser

The state of New York presented Wayne Spindler with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from Boston University Law School.

In one matter,a unanimous opinion of the Appellate Division, First Department, upbraided Keith for his actions during a monthlong personal injury trial. (Jason Grant, New York Law Journal)

The appellate panel ruled as follows regarding Keith’s trial misconduct 

• Engaged in a pervasive pattern of win-at-all costs
• Screamed and sneered during the trial
• Denigrated expert witnesses
• Improperly moved for mistrial in front of the jury on two occasions, which mandated that the trial judge order a new trial
• Unreasonably harmed his adversaries
• Undermined the authority and integrity of the trial court
• Repeatedly interrupted and spewed forth sham objections
• Refused to heed the trial court’s admonishments
• Created a climate of hostility that so obscured the issues as to have made the trial unfair

Unfortunately, Keith was never made to answer for his egregious misconduct by the enablers for Attorney Misfits employed with the disciplinary committee.
