Attorney Doreen St. Thomas of Rome, NY; thieving liar

The state of New York presented Doreen Marie St. Thomas with a law license in 2004 after she graduated from Syracuse University Law School.

The Committee on Professional Standards found Doreen guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice law
  • Entered into business transaction with client involving conflicting interests
  • Knowingly made a false statement of law or fact in the representation of a client
  • Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Doreen!)
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

As a consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Standards Committee punished Doreen by gifting her with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. June 2015), Doreen practices at 409 North Washington Street in Syracuse, New York.
