Attorney John Hogan III of Saratoga Springs, NY; deceitful loser

The state of New York presented John Michael Hogan III with a law license in 2008 after he graduated from the University of Delaware Law School.

The Third Appellate Disciplinary Board found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to forward client’s file to cleint upon termination
• Failed to properly communicate with client
• Knowingly misled and deceived ethics investigators (Screw you, said Johnny!)
• Neglected various client legal matters
• Neglected client appellate matters
• Failed to notify client of receipt of funds client had interest in
• Failed to promptly remit funds owing to client
• Failed to provide client with appropriate accounting
• Failed to obtain Surrogate’s Court approval of wrongful death settlement
• Continued to retain funds of a missing client without attempting to locate the client or seeking a court order disbursing the funds to the Lawyer's Fund for Client Protection

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary 18-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. April 2018), Johnny practices with the Law Office of John M. Hogan III in Saratoga Springs, New York.
