Attorney Thomas Durst of Trenton, NJ; cheating loser

The state of New Jersey presented Thomas Sandberg Durst with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from Rutgers University Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Tommy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to promptly return unearned retainer (cheater)
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Tommy!)
• Failed to keep client reasonably informed of status of matter

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment.

As we speak ( September 2017), Tommy practices with The Durst Firm LLC at 186 South Broad Street in Trenton, New Jersey.
