The state of New Jersey presented Charles Michael Damian with a law license in 1986 after he graduated from Widener University Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct

• Filed defective complaint in foreclosure action
• Failed to cure complaint deficiencies despite court notification
• Took no action to vacate dismissal of client’s case
• Never filed new complaint on behalf of clients

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment.

As we speak (ca. July 2016) Johnny practices with Charles Michael Damian LLC & Associates in Cedar Grove, New Jersey.
