Attorney Susan Hassan of Concord, NH; ethical misfit

The state of New Hampshire presented Susan H. Hassan with a law license in 2000 after she graduated from the University of Virginia Law School.

The Professional Conduct Committee on Professional Standards found Scotty guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to return numerous calls from client
• Violated duties she owed to client
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up Yours, said Susan!)
• Failed to investigate client tax matter

As a consequence of her misconduct his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Professional Conduct Committee punished Scotty by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2014), Susan practices with the Hassan Law Firm at 17 South State Street in Concord, New Hampshire.
