Attorney Brian Kenyon of Kingston, NH;  idiotic slacker

The state of New Hampshire presented Brian D. Kenyon with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from the University of New Hampshire School of Law.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Brian guilty of the following misconduct.

• Violated or attempted to violate the Rules of Professional Conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another
• Violated duties he owed to his client
• Conduct potentially contributed to client injury
• Failed to provide competent representation [idiot]
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Professional Conduct Committee punished Brian by gifting him with complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. April 2019), Brian practices with Marshall Law PLLC at 47 Depot Road in Kingston, New Hampshire.
