Attorney David Frydman of Concord, NH; ethical gnome

The state of New Hampshire presented David I. Frydman with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from Harvard University Law School.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Davey guilty of the following misconduct.

• Violated or attempted to violate the Rules of Professional Conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another
• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Representation required him to place interests of current client over the interests of a former client
• Violated duty owed to a former client

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Professional Conduct Committee punished Davey by gifting him with complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. April 2019), Davey practices at 25 Triangle Park Drive in Concord, New Hampshire.
