Attorney Donald Nary II of Durham, NH; slacker, loser

The state of New Hampshire presented Donald R. Nary II with a law license in 2005 after he graduated from the Massachusetts School of Law.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Donnie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Violated or attempted to violate the Rules of Professional Conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Violated duties owed to his client
• Misconduct caused actual injury to his client
• Negligence prevent client from closing mother’s estate in timely manner
• Failed to keep client informed of status of matter

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Professional Conduct Committee punished Donnie by gifting him with complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. April 2019), Donnie practices at with Nary, Norris & Associates PA at 56 Dover Road in Dover, New Hampshire.
