The state of New Hampshire provided Paula J. Green with a law license in 1996 after she graduated from the University of New Hampshire Law School.

The Professional Conduct Committee on Professional Standardfound Paula guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Paula!)
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
• Failed to comply with client information requests
• Violated or attempted to violate the Rules of Professional Conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another
