Attorney Joseph Ritzo of Rye, NH; ethical leprechaun

The state of Massachusetts presented Joseph A. Ritzo with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from the University of Maine Law School.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Joey guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Failed to properly supervise office staff
• Responsible for paralegal stealing over $25,000 of client funds

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Overseers punished Joey by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license. 

As we speak (ca. August 2016) Joey practices with Joseph A. Ritzo PC at 11 Sagamore Road in Rye, New Hampshire.
