The state of New Hampshire presented Martin K. Glennon with a law license in 1976 after he graduated from the University of New Hampshire Law School.

 

The Board of Bar Overseers found Marty guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to act fairly towards opposing counsel
  • Failed to communicate with client
  • Failed to withdraw from representation when required to do so
  • Knowingly disobeyed a court order
  • Violated or attempted to violate Rules of Conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another

As a consequence of his misconduct his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Professional Conduct Committee punished Marty by gifting him with complimentary stayed 6-month suspension of his law license.

 

In truth, the enablers for attorney misconduct sitting on the Third Judicial Department Committee on Professional Standards didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Marty.
