Attorney Michael Hatem of Hampstead, NH; ethical dwarf

The state of New Hampshire presented Michael D. Hatem with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from Syracuse University Law School.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.

• Misconduct caused actual injury to client
• Failed to return client file for nearly two years
• Violated duty owed to client

As a consequence of his misconduct his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Professional Conduct Committee punished Mike by gifting him with complimentary reprimand.
