Attorney Charles O’Leary of Concord, NH; idiotic slacker

The state of New Hampshire provided Charles F. O’Leary with a law license in 1986 after he graduated from the University of New Hampshire Law School.

The Professional Conduct Committee on Professional Standardfound Charlie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Violated duty owed to client
• Failed to provide competent representation (idiot)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to file notice of appeal on client’s behalf
• Failed to respond to client communication
• Negligence led to client being denied right to appeal

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on The Professional Conduct Committee on Professional Standard punished Charlie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (March 2017), Charlie practices at 59 Auburn Street in Concord, New Hampshire.
