The state of New Hampshire presented Donald F. King with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from the University of New Hampshire Law School.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Donnie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Violated or attempted to Rules of Professional Conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another 
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
• Failed to return client file to client after being fired

As a consequence of his misconduct his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Professional Conduct Committee punished Donnie by gifting him with complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2016), Donnie practices in Amherst, New Hampshire.
