Attorney James Rosenberger of Las Vegas; ethical dwarf

The state of Nevada presented James R. Rosenberger with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from the University of Idaho Law School.

The Nevada Disciplinary Board found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Jimmy!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2016), Jimmy practices at 3291 East Warm Springs Road in Las Vegas, Nevada.
