Attorney Paul Freitag of Sparks, NV; ethical misfit The state of The Nevada Judicial Commission found Paulie guilty of the following misconduct. In one matter, Charlie was convicted of driving under the influence in At the time of his misconduct, Charlie was employed as a Justice of the Peace for At the time Charlie retired, he left no fewer than twelve (12) criminal and criminal-related matters were left undecided, and that no fewer than thirty-six (36) small claims and other civil matters were left undecided. As a result of Charlie’s gross negligence and laziness, the judge that succeeded him was forced to dismiss at least one criminal case. Charlie tried thirty-five (35) small claims or other civil cases and yet there clearly is no record of a verdict in twenty-nine (29) of those cases. There are at least six cases in which there may have been a decision or verdict, but there is virtually no legible or otherwise sufficient record to show what the judgment may have been or who may have prevailed. As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Commission punished Charlie by gifting him with a complimentary censure. As we speak (ca.
