Stuart Mills of Pender, NE; lying moron

The state of Nebraska presented Stuart B. Mills with a law license in 1973.

Disciplinary Counsel found Stu guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in illegal conduct involving moral turpitude
• Faield to provide competent representation (Moron)
• Illegally postdated date on deed
• Failed to represent client within the bounds of the law
• Handled legal matter w/o proper preparation
• Attempted to obtain assistance of client and her children in fraudulent conduct
• Notarized deeds w/o witnessing signatures of those signing the documents
• Filed deeds in Cummins County Court he knew to be false
• Provided false notifications to the IRS
• Gave false testimony in court proceeding

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nebraska Supreme Court punished Stu by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

Because Attorney Misfits in Nebraska are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Stu was never criminally charged for perjury.
