Attorney Bradley Boyum of Omaha; ethical leprechaun

The state of Nebraska presented Bradley Arne Boyum with a law license in 2004 after

Disciplinary Counsel found Brad guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Violated his oath of office
• Failed to perform services he was paid for
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Brad!)

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Brad’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nebraska Supreme Court punished Brad by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. April 2016), Brad practices with the Boyum Law Office in Omaha, Nebraska.
