The state of Montana presented S. Charles Sprinkle with a law license in 1986.
The Montana State Bar found Charlie guilty of the following misconduct.
- Committed a criminal act
- Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
- Convicted of disorderly conduct
- Caused physical injury to another
- Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
- Convicted of domestic abuse
- Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice law
- Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty or untrustworthiness
As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Montana State Supreme Court punished Charlie by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.
As we speak (August 2014), Charlie practices with the Sprinkle Law Firm PC at 417 Mineral Avenue in Libby, Montana.
