Attorney Myshell Lyday of Missoula, MT; ethical dwarf

The state of Montana presented Myshell L. Lyday (fka, Myshell L. Uhl) with a law license in 2006.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel of Montana (ODC) found Mark guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Myshell!)
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Montana Supreme Court punished Myshell by gifting her with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. November 2015), Myshell practices with the Law Office of Myshell Lyday Uhl PLLC in Missoula, Montana.
