The state of Missouri presented Michael Joseph Kuster with a law lic

ense in 1983 after he graduated from the University of Missouri Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent services (Moron)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with clients
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Mike!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on Disciplinary Counsel punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 6-month suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on Disciplinary Counsel didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Mike
