The state of Missouri presented Michael Paul Koenig with a law license in 2003 after he graduated from the University of Missouri Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with clients
• Failed to deposit client funds in designated client trust account
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on Disciplinary Counsel punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 2-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on Disciplinary Counsel didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Mike
