Attorney David Johnson of Kansas City, MO; ethical gremlin

The state of Missouri presented David H. Johnson with a law license  in 1973 after he graduated from the University of Missouri Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with clients
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Dave!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on Disciplinary Counsel punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 2-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on Disciplinary Counsel didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Dave.
