Attorney J. Patrick O’Loughlin of Cape Girardeau, MO; ethical elf

The state of Missouri presented J. Patrick O’Loughlin with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from the University of Tulsa Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Patty guilty of the following misconduct.

·         Failed to communicate with client

·         Engaged in a conflict of interest

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on Disciplinary Counsel punished Patty by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. December 2014), Patty practices with O’Loughlin, O’Loughlin & Koetting LC at 1736 North Kingshighway in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.

As one would suspect, Patty doesn’t disclose the aforementioned misconduct on his self-serving website at www.o’louhglinlawfirm.com. Apparently, Patty decided to conceal this relevant information so as to not limit his future victim pool.
