Attorney John Pawloski of St. Louis, MO; crook

The state of Missouri presented John J. Pawloski with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from St. Louis University Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

  1. Converted client funds to his personal use (crook)
  2. Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
  3. Failed to maintain adequate records of client funds
  4. Failed to promptly remove personal funds from trust account
  5. Commingled client funds with his personal funds
  6. Disbursed one client’s funds to another client

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on Disciplinary Counsel punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 2-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on Disciplinary Counsel didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Johnny.

On his self-serving website at www.pawloskilaw.com,  Johnny makes no mention of the misconduct set forth above. Apparently, Corey decided to conceal this information so as to not limit his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. March 2014), Johnny practices with the Law Office of John J. Pawloski, LLC at 1900 Locust Street in St. Louis, Missouri.
