Attorney David Herron II of Kansas City, MO; ethical gremlin

The state of Missouri presented David E. Herron II with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from University of Missouri School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Davey guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Divulged confidential client information
• Failed to act with candor toward a tribunal
• Improperly advised police that a client told him she had been faking urine tests by sneaking clean urine with her during testing to evade positive results
• Lied to the court about whether opposing counsel had been willing to reargue an issue in a case following a bench warrant being issued
• Submitted false evidence to ethics investigators (Screw you, said Davey!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Counsel punished Davey by gifting him with a complimentary 6 -month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2020), Davey practices at 1100 Main Street in Kansas City, Missouri.
